Welcome to Tahoe Magic. South Lake Tahoe is a close knit, mountain community with a diverse population of families working in the visitor and hospitality industry, education and medicine, as well as our small business owners and retired second home owners.

The Tahoe Magic purpose is to work through our referring partners to assist families in critical need with one-time financial crisis assistance.

Since 1994, Tahoe Magic has responded to thousands of local families who are in financial crisis, providing essential needs such as dental, medical, and housing. The nonprofit organization continues its mission to assist our neighbors and families who are in dire need. It has dispersed hundreds of thousands of dollars across and throughout the South Shore area to these community members.

Helping Families in Crisis

Lake Tahoe – For some it is paradise, for others it is “poverty with a view.”

Tahoe Magic is a leading local nonprofit organization that responds immediately with respect and acts to help families that are experiencing a sudden or unexpected crisis. In this way, we are a community that cares for each other. Tahoe Magic assists families in need with one time crisis funding after a referral from one of our partner agencies. A little magic can make all the difference.
